This fourth row, 1970’s Beach House is located off the popular 25th avenue beach access and is a two minute walk to the beach path. Making it convenient for catching sunrises and sunsets! It is 5 minutes from the Isle of Palms Downtown Beachfront, where shopping, bars and restaurants are located.
The Beach Shack is the perfect place to Unplug and get off the gadgets. This no-frills, simple, beach house is a great place to slow down, refocus, and spend time with your loved ones. Whether it’s getting outdoors, talking and playing family games, or just catching up on your reading, it’s easy to have a different experience this vacation! And don’t worry about the A/C, home has a brand new HVAC system to keep you cool.
The island is a great place to bike around, rent mopeds or a golf cart. Three blocks over is the Recreation Dept, on 28th Avenue. Here you will find a soccer field, basketball and tennis courts, an outside picnic pavilion, a playground, and a dog park. Inside the Rec you will find a small workout room, bathrooms/showers, and vending machines. If golfing is your thing, there are two highly acclaimed golf courses on the island.
